Alina Popa (Gadoiu) has held various roles throughout their work experience. Alina started their career in 2007 as an Editor at 24fun, where they worked until September 2010. From August 2007 to April 2011, they worked as a Marketing And Public Relations Specialist at Dec-it Oradea. In January 2011, they joined Zile și Nopți as an Editor and worked there until September 2013. Currently, they are employed at Qubiz, where they started in April 2011 as a Senior Human Resources Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Information Technology Support Officer in October 2020.

Alina Popa (Gadoiu) began their education at Scoala Dacia, where they studied mathematics from 1990 to 1998. Following this, they attended Colegiul National "Emanuil Gojdu" Oradea from 1998 to 2002, earning an Atestat Analist Programator in Informatics. Continuing their studies at Universitatea din Oradea, they pursued a Diploma de Inginer (Inginer Diplomat) in Electrical, Electronic, and Telecommunications Engineering from 2002 to 2007. Lastly, Alina completed a Masterat in Management in IT with a specialization in Chemical Engineering from 2007 to 2009 at the same university.
