Patricia Pithers has a diverse work experience. Patricia started their career at Otis Elevators in 1991 as an HR Manager for the NSW & ACT regions. After working there for three years, they moved on to Schroder Investment Management Australia Ltd in 1995. Patricia held multiple roles at Schroder, including serving as the Head of HR for Australia and a Learning & Development Specialist for the Asia Pacific region from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they joined PIPAsia Consulting as a Principal Consultant, where they currently work.
Patricia Pithers pursued their education at Charles Sturt University from 1990 to 1993. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
