Anita Pouplard is a seasoned executive in the field of human resources and executive search, currently serving as Managing Partner at Boyden since September 2017, where the firm focuses on providing quality services and building long-term client relationships. Previously, Anita held the position of Partner at Exec Avenue from September 2006 to August 2017, specializing in high-level executive recruitment for prestigious international firms, dynamic companies, and private equity firms. Prior to that, Anita was a Partner at ESMA Partners, specifically targeting the high tech market, and worked as an Executive Search Consultant for THE INS GROUP overseeing the Southern European region. Anita's career began as a European Large Account Manager at SoftBank Group between 1992 and 1995. Anita holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Northumbria University.
