Lizzi Hill has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Lizzi is currently the Head of Education at Sleeping Giant Media, a role they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at The Spark Agency, where they served as a Senior Operations Manager from October 2021 to September 2023, and as an Operations Manager from May 2021 to October 2021. In 2015, Lizzi held the position of Social Media Coordinator at Sherwood Cricket Club, where they were responsible for live-tweeting games, writing match reports, and assisting with event organization. Lizzi also has previous experience at Sleeping Giant Media, where they worked as a Pocket Giant Group Manager from September 2018 to May 2021, and as a Pocket Giant Lead from July 2017 to September 2018. Lizzi started their career in digital marketing at Sleeping Giant Media as a Search Account Executive, gradually progressing to the role of Senior Search Account Executive. Additionally, Lizzi has experience as a blogger at www.lizzihill.co.uk and as a Marketing Intern at Kent Police. Lizzi began their professional journey as a Radio Producer at Livewire 1350, where they won Producer of the Year in 2014. During their time at the University of East Anglia, Lizzi worked as a Student Ambassador.

Lizzi Hill attended the University of East Anglia from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. Lizzi studied various modules including Modernism, Austen & The Brontes, and Literature & Human Rights. Prior to their university education, Lizzi attended Rochester Grammar School. In addition to their formal education, Lizzi has certifications in Google AdWords from Google and Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England Instructor Members.
