Andrew Hatfield has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a lifeguard, swim coach, and assistant pool manager at T Bar M. From October 2018 to May 2019, they worked as the Director of Communications and Public Relations for the Texas Revolution Professional Indoor Football team, handling social media, player relations, and broadcasting efforts. From August 2019 to August 2020, they served as a Promotions Specialist at Entercom, collaborating on on-site activations and special events for various radio stations. From June 2019 to December 2022, Andrew worked as a Communications Manager for the Dallas Wings, overseeing media and public relations, along with managing statistics and press releases. From July 2020 to December 2022, they held a role as a Communications Manager for the Panther City Lacrosse Club, where they managed media requests, interviews, press conferences, and web content. Currently, Andrew is the Public Relations Manager at Professional Bull Riders, LLC, starting in January 2023.

Andrew Hatfield attended St. Mark's School of Texas from 2006 to 2014, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, from 2014 to 2018, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in English, specializing in Digital Storytelling and Non-fiction Communication, at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
