Nilanjana Goel has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in business operations and strategy, currently serving in a BizOps and Strategy role at Google since November 2021. Prior to this, Nilanjana was a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2018 to 2021, and gained valuable insights as a Summer Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2017. Earlier experiences include a part-time consulting role at travel tech startup Hoteleap and a Technical Account Manager position at Microsoft, where Nilanjana worked from 2014 to 2016. Nilanjana also completed internships in business development at Microsoft, Round One, and Nestle S.A. Nilanjana holds two Master’s Degrees in Management Science and Engineering from Columbia University and Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology. Additionally, Nilanjana attended The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2011.
