Inês Dias is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience research and design, currently serving as a Senior User Researcher and Experience Designer at Present Technologies since January 2024. Previously, Inês held the position of Senior Product Designer at Talkdesk from August 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities involved hands-on user research and enhancing UX maturity. Inês contributed significantly as a User Experience Designer at Tangível, focusing on the development of the popular mobile payment app, MB WAY. Earlier experience includes user experience design roles at FBA., the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology Centre, and a strong foundation in configuration and change management at NOESIS Portugal and Sonaecom. Inês holds a Master's degree in Design and Multimedia from the Universidade de Coimbra and a degree in Computer Science from the Universidade de Lisboa, complemented by an Erasmus experience at the University of West Bohemia.
