Cheng En Tsai has worked in various roles within the design field. In 2014, they began their career at Trend Micro as a UI Designer intern. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a UX Designer at 凯达电. In 2019, they joined VoiceTube as a UI/UX designer, where they stayed until 2023. Currently, they work at Gogolook as a Sr. Product Designer.

Cheng En Tsai holds a Master's degree in Industrial design, which was obtained from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. This degree was pursued between the years 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, Cheng En Tsai completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial design from the National Kaohsiung Normal University, which was achieved from 2009 to 2013. In addition, Cheng En Tsai obtained a Toeic certification from TOEIC? Program in July 2015.
