Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a background in nutrition and business management. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management roles at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and work as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also held a university teaching position from August 2016 to August 2017, where subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food were taught. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
