Katherine Pan

VP, Creator Support at Podia

Katherine Pan has a long and varied work experience. Katherine began their career in 2012 as a Community Specialist at Kickstarter, where they were their 37th employee. Katherine progressed to Community Support Lead, then Community Support Manager, and eventually became the Director of Community Support. In 2017, they moved to Transfix as Senior Manager of Customer Experience, Carrier Experience, and Carrier Compliance. There, they developed and scaled 3 operations teams (30+ people) to allow Account Management, Carrier Management, and Sales teams to focus on generating revenue and margin. In 2018, they took on a Consultant role for clients including Sweeten and Cheddar Inc. and also became a Contributor for We Support NYC. In 2019, they joined Flickr as Senior Customer Support Manager, where they built a support team from the ground up and onboarded 27 people in 7 months. Most recently, they were appointed VP of Creator Support at Podia in 2022.

Katherine Pan attended Burning Man 2014 for Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies in 2014. Katherine then attended New York University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
