Amanda Richards has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amanda is currently working as the Director of Customer Success at Pocketstop since March 2023. Previously, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Black Box Intelligenceā„¢ from June 2021 to March 2023.

Before that, Amanda held multiple roles at APS Payroll. Amanda started as a Market Development Representative in October 2017 and transitioned to become a Client Success Analyst in October 2018. Later, they became a Client Success Team Lead in November 2020, a position they held until June 2021.

During their time at Western Illinois University, Amanda worked as a student worker in the Instructional Development Services department. Amanda'sresponsibilities included assisting faculty and students with technology-related tasks and updating classroom computers. Amanda held this position from January 2010 to May 2013.

Amanda began their career as a server and phone girl at Kaisers Pizza from June 2008 to July 2009, where they handled delivery and take-out orders, as well as seating customers and clearing tables for servers.

Amanda Richards attended Western Illinois University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality, Recreation Parks and Tourism. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Life from the Louisiana Department of Insurance.
