Ankita Bhattacharya has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition. Ankita most recently worked at Plative as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they collaborated with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourced potential candidates, and designed job descriptions and interview questions. Prior to this, Ankita co-founded SpinFluence, highlighting their entrepreneurial spirit. Ankita also gained experience as a Senior US IT Recruiter at TekIT Software Solutions LLC and as a Human Resources Generalist at CodeNote IT Solutions Private Limited and Mind Info Services P. Ltd. In these roles, Ankita demonstrated their ability to collaborate with hiring managers, attract candidates, and develop recruitment strategies. Ankita started their career as a Human Resources Executive at Uniinfo Telecom Services Ltd. Overall, Ankita has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources management.

Ankita Bhattacharya completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR & Finance from Ambedakar University Indore, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University in Raipur, from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they completed their undergraduate studies at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from 1999 to 2011.
