Carol Bratcher has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Carol currently works as a Correspondent Account Manager - Renovation & Non-Delegated at Planet Home Lending, LLC, where they ensure complete seller coverage and provides internal support for any issues or escalations.

Prior to their current role, Carol worked at Homepoint from 2016 to 2022, holding various positions including Correspondent Client Advocate, Correspondent Diligence Reviewer II, and QC Underwriter. In these roles, they reviewed loan files for completeness, worked with correspondents to obtain necessary documentation, and conducted diligence reviews.

Carol also worked at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. as a Mortgage Loan Processor in 2016, where they managed a pipeline of loans, coordinated loan closings, and ensured compliance with standard regulations.

Before that, they worked at Stonegate Mortgage Corporation as a Correspondent Manager and Correspondent Auditor from 2012 to 2016. Carol also gained experience at JPMorgan Chase as a Quality Analyst, where they audited files for compliance, calculated refunds, and managed the VA queue.

Carol started their career at Dial One Magna-Dry as a Production Coordinator from 1997 to 2011, and Banc One Mortgage as a Mortgage Loan Processor from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, they held administrative and post-closing positions at Dial One Magna-Dry and CTX Mortgage from 1994 to 1996. Carol also worked as a Post-Closing Auditor at Precedent Financial Corp in 1993.

Carol Bratcher attended Emmerich Manual High School from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained their H.S. Diploma with a focus on general studies. In 2011, they enrolled at Franciscan St. Francis Health and completed a certificate program in Medical Terminology.
