Bianca Alfano has worked in various roles in the retail industry since 2009. Bianca began their career as a Sales Associate and Website Assistant at Amaru Shop and Catering in 2009. In 2010, Bianca worked as a Buying Intern at Donna Karan, an Allocator / Assistant Buyer at Century 21 Department Stores, and a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters. From 2012 to 2019, Bianca worked at The Donna Karan Company, LLC., where they held the roles of Associate Buyer, Assistant Buyer, and Allocator. Most recently, Bianca has been a Senior Manager of Sales and Operations at Piccolina since 2019.

Bianca Alfano began their educational journey at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2005, where they studied Business. Bianca then transferred to the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in International Fashion Merchandising Management in 2010. During their time at FIT, they also attended Polimoda in Florence, Italy in 2008-2009 to further their studies in International Fashion Merchandising Management.
