Jeff Erick Cariaso is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Partie at Pesto Restaurants Ltd since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff worked at Sofitel from November 2007 to February 2021, where responsibilities included assisting the Sous Chef in menu preparation and ensuring adherence to kitchen rules and food handling procedures as Cook 1 and Commis 2. Jeff holds a degree in Marine Transportation from the Philippine Maritime Institute, completed in June 2002.
