Mark Fita is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations in the recruitment sector. Currently serving as the VP of Global Product & Implementation at PeopleScout since March 2022, Mark is responsible for the global go-to-market product and solution strategy and heads the implementation function for the company's RPO, MSP, and Talent Advisory offerings. Previously, Mark held leadership roles at The Mom Project, enhancing operational strategies and scaling teams significantly, while also achieving aggressive growth targets. Mark's tenure at PeopleScout prior to that included roles such as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, where Mark managed substantial P&L responsibilities and developed innovative talent acquisition solutions for Fortune 100 clients. Mark holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from American Intercontinental University and a B.S. in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from Northern Illinois University.
