Ivan Gianmarco Chica has extensive experience in operational and logistics management, currently serving as Operations Performance Manager and previously as Store Manager at PedidosYa since April 2021. Prior roles include Darkstore City Manager at Glovo and various positions at Cervecería Nacional, including Líder de reparto and Talento Logístico. Ivan also worked at Ecuanobel S.A. and Ecuariosa S.A. in operational and logistical roles, and gained experience as an intern assisting the commercial department at Ecuanobel S.A. Ivan holds a Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on Quality Systems and Productivity from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Logistics and Transportation Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral.
