Eliesha Franklin, CPA, CMA has a strong background in financial analysis and operations performance within the steel industry. Eliesha started their career at STELCO - The Steel Company of Canada in 2005 as a Cost Analyst. Eliesha then moved on to become a Senior Financial Analyst and later a Manager Financial Analysis from 2006 to 2013. After a break, Eliesha returned to STELCO in 2019 as a Senior Financial Analyst and eventually progressed to the role of Manager of Operations Performance & Analysis in April 2022, where they currently work.

Eliesha Franklin, CPA, CMA obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from McMaster University. Eliesha pursued this degree from 1999 to 2003.
