Massi Tehrani is an experienced R&D Operations Manager at Amgen since April 2022 and has been serving as Team Lead/Sr. Manager at Thinkbox Technology Group since July 2015. In this role, Massi has ensured compliance with PMO standards for project initiation and closure and has supported project scoping and structuring. Prior experience includes leading Scrum ceremonies and implementing Agile principles as a Senior Consultant/Sr. Project Manager at Thinkbox Technology Group, along with extensive project management duties such as requirements collection and artifacts creation. Massi began a career in project management at Armaxtech from January 2012 to June 2015, overseeing the software development lifecycle. Massi holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earned between 2011 and 2013.
