Jim Kane is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations management and strategic improvement across various sectors, including packaging, manufacturing, and advanced materials. Currently serving as General Manager at PAC Machinery since July 2020, Jim oversees flexible packaging solutions and leverages extensive industry experience. Prior roles include General Manager at ADVANCED GRAPHITE MACHINING USA LLC, Principal at JKane Consulting, LLC, and President/CEO at Delco LLC, where a successful business turnaround was executed following private equity acquisition. Jim also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Ranpak and has experience in operations management at AESCO Electronics and ITT Cleveland Motion Controls. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a BSBA in Operations & Materials Management from Bowling Green State University.
