Chris Degenhart CMgr MCMI is an experienced Factory General Manager at Nice-Pak International, overseeing full site operations at the Wigan facility since August 2017, with a focus on production, engineering, planning, health and safety, and quality assurance. Degenhart has demonstrated leadership in cultivating a continuous improvement culture that enhances teamwork and efficiency while managing the site's P&L. Additionally, Degenhart serves on the Wigan Forward Board, a private-public partnership that strategizes for economic growth in the Wigan Borough. Prior experience includes roles as Site Manufacturing Manager at AB World Foods Ltd and Production Shift Manager at HJ Heinz, along with a background in chemistry and geology from the University of Derby, and certifications as a Chartered Manager from the Chartered Management Institute and from the Institute of Directors.
