Indra Hartanto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in stakeholder relations and grievance management, currently serving as a Senior Grievance Assistant at APRIL since June 2017. In this role, Indra ensures that local communities understand the grievance processes related to APRIL's operations and supports the implementation of the Sustainable Forest Management Policy. Previous positions include Assistant of Stakeholder Relation for internal security and land recovery, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining relationships with law enforcement and government agencies, supporting land recovery initiatives, and executing community engagement strategies. Indra possesses a Master of Science in Environmental Science from The University of Riau and a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Institut Pertanian Stiper, showcasing a strong academic foundation in environmental management.
