Mark Campbell, CFA, serves as Senior Managing Counsel at ORIX Corporation USA since July 2005, providing legal analysis for investments in leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, private equity, and investment funds, alongside negotiating direct debt financing transactions. Prior experience includes roles as Associate in Finance at Hughes & Luce, LLP, and Haynes and Boone, LLP, where representation of borrowers and lenders in debt financing transactions was the primary focus. Earlier positions included a summer associate role at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and a research analyst position at Mohr Partners, complemented by a summer internship at Aurora Capital Group. Mark Campbell holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law (2000) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami (1994).
