Ami Joshua Lipman, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in consumer banking and litigation. Currently serving as Managing Counsel and Senior Vice President at Citizens Bank since July 2016, Ami leads a team of attorneys focused on various consumer operations and has implemented a successful Early Dispute Resolution litigation strategy. Previously, as Assistant General Counsel at JP Morgan Chase Bank, Ami significantly reduced litigation caseloads and associated expenses. Prior experience includes managing FDCPA debt collection litigation at Jaffe and Asher, LLP, and prosecuting criminal cases at the Miami Dade County State Attorney's Office. Ami holds a Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Penn State University.
