Henna Karvonen is a Q&RA Specialist at Optomed Plc since August 2022, focusing on regulatory compliance and the maintenance of ISO standards in a leading Finnish health tech company known for handheld fundus cameras. In addition to this role, Henna has volunteered as an Event Organizer for Mothers in Business MiB ry since February 2021, coordinating live and online events. Previous experience includes serving as a Research and Development Specialist at Smart PD Solutions Ltd, developing smart solutions for peritoneal dialysis, and multiple postdoctoral fellow positions at universities, where research primarily centered on lung fibrosis and macrophage interactions.
