David Marsili is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in engagement management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Engagement Manager at Optimizely since January 2022 and as an Engagement Manager at Welcome since August 2021, David has a strong track record of driving client growth and expanding market share. Previously, as Chief Operations Officer at The Home Team, David was selected by the Founder to oversee all key operations from September 2014 to January 2021. David's earlier roles include positions at Duquesne University, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. David holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Duquesne University.
