Ingrid McDonald has extensive experience in human resources and office management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Chief Privacy Officer at the Ontario Dental Association since November 1988. Prior to this role, Ingrid worked as an Office Manager at the Visiting Homemakers Association from August 1974 to November 1988. Ingrid holds a degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, completed in 2010, and has additional education from Ryerson University.
