Srutartha Bose is a Senior Research Associate at CRISPR Therapeutics, with experience in developing and qualifying cell-based cytotoxicity assays for CAR-T drug products and leading formulation comparability studies. Additionally, Srutartha serves as a Global Talent Fellow in Biomedical Engineering at Open Avenues, a non-profit focused on educating underrepresented student populations. Previous roles include CAR-T Scientist at Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions, where responsibilities included mammalian cell culture analysis and flow cytometry, and Research Technologist II at Northwestern University, supporting cancer cell line maintenance and sample preparation. Srutartha also gained experience through various internships in medical imaging and research during the academic journey, holding a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
