Aila Basit, MHA, currently serves as Operations Manager at omo, overseeing day-to-day operations including Accounting and Finance management, vendor management, and member relations since August 2022. Previously, Aila was a Business Process Improvement Specialist at Tegria for a brief period in March to April 2022 and held roles as Project Manager at MSM - Medical Specialties Managers, Inc. from December 2017 to March 2022, where responsibilities included facilitating revenue cycle go-live projects and coordinating between departments. Earlier experience includes an Administrative Support Representative role focused on revenue cycle processes and quality assurance, as well as a Summer Intern position at Serving Kids Hope, promoting physical activity among youth. Aila began a career as an Auditor at Nielsen, ensuring compliance in advertising. Aila holds a Master of Health Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from UC San Diego.
