Brett B. possesses extensive experience in operations and management within the sports and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Professional Sports Catering since April 2021, Brett B. oversees food and beverage operations at the stadium and manages a team of full-time and part-time staff. Previous roles include Concessions Manager at Professional Sports Catering for the Gwinnett Stripers, Assistant General Manager and Concessions Manager at Burlington Royals, and various positions at The Links at Outlook where Brett B. contributed to customer service and operational efficiency. Additional experience includes work with the Changeover Crew at Carrier Dome and as a Sports Information Intern at Mount Mary University. Brett B. holds a Master's degree in Sport Venue and Event Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree from Cardinal Stritch University.
