Ciara Young has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Catering, District Manager, Executive General Manager, and General Manager at Sushi Maki since July 2017. Prior experience includes positions as General Manager and FOH Manager at Aoki Group from February 2016 to July 2017, and as a Server at Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club from November 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, Ciara was a Partner at Uber and worked as a Manager Trainee at Aldi between October 2014 and November 2015. Ciara's career began with roles as a Server at Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club and Dining Room Server at Benihana. Ciara earned an Associate of Arts degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Miami Dade College and continued studies at the University of Miami from 2009 to 2011.
