Marcel Harteveld is a seasoned cabaret performer and actor, currently serving as a cabaretier on NPO Radio 2's "Spijkers met Koppen" since January 2016. Marcel has also co-founded Harteveld & Fretz, continuing to perform there from July 2010 to the present. In addition to cabaret, Marcel showcased talent as both an actor and composer in the holiday production "De Wondersokken van de Koningsdochter" at Theater Walhalla in late 2022. Previous acting roles include portraying "Chris de Vries" in the musical "Soldaat van Oranje" from November 2016 to July 2018 and participating in the television series "SpangaS" for NL Film en TV B.V. between May 2018 and June 2020. Marcel holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten and has a background in technology with degrees from De Haagse Hogeschool and Utrecht University.
