María Delaguardia has a strong background in corporate development and account management within the advertising industry. María started their career as an Ejecutiva de Cuentas Junior at Ruiz Nicoli Líneas in 2004 and later moved to Vitruvio Leo Burnett where they served as an Ejecutiva de Cuentas. María then advanced to the role of VP, Global Corporate Development at Havas Media in 2007.

María Delaguardia studied Business Administration and Management at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
