Debbie Flandro has extensive experience in leadership and management, currently serving as the Chairman of the Tribal Gaming Board at Northern Quest Resort & Casino since 2001. Prior to this role, Debbie Flandro held the position of Manager at Hewlett-Packard from January 1978 to May 2005. Educationally, Debbie Flandro earned a BA in Accounting and completed coursework for an MBA in Business at Boise State University.
