Nikos Moroglou is an accomplished executive chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as executive chef at Myconian Utopia Resort, Myconian Avaton, and Panoptis Escape since May 2021, Moroglou has previously held significant culinary roles, including head chef at Wood Steakhouse and executive chef at Myconian Utopia Resort Relais & Châteaux. A career spanning over 15 years includes progressive positions such as chef de partie at AMAN and Thanos Hotels Cyprus, and demi chef at hotel Pentelikon and the U.S. Embassy in Greece. Moroglou began culinary training at Ι.Ε.Κ Le Monde, completing education from 2003 to 2005, building a strong foundation for a successful career in gastronomy.
