Ayan Roy is currently the CEO at SipScience. Prior to that, Ayan worked as Sr. Data Analytics Associate at Sony Pictures Entertainment from January 2013 to December 2016. Before Sony, Ayan was a Research Analyst at Greenwich Associates from January 2011 to December 2012. Ayan's first job out of college was as a Researcher at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from January 2008 to December 2011.

Ayan Roy completed their MBA at Columbia Business School and their BA in Economics, Sociology at Northwestern University. They also have certification from the Newchip Accelerator and Y Combinator.
