Victor Chua has a strong background in software development and technical consulting. Victor started their career at atQuest as a Software Developer in September 2008 and later transitioned to a Technical Consultant role in September 2009. After working at atQuest for four years, Victor joined Nintex Software Malaysia Sdn Bhd in October 2012 as a Developer. Victor quickly progressed to the role of Senior Developer in February 2014 and eventually became a Principal Developer in August 2018.

Victor Chua completed their Bachelor of Honours in Faculty of Information Technology, specializing in Software Engineering, from Multimedia University from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended St. Francis Institution, Melaka from 1999 to 2004, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. In 2018, Victor obtained a certification in IT Architecture Core from Iasa Global.
