Sridhar Ramakrishnan is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering for Developer Experience & Productivity at Slack since May 2019. In this role, Sridhar oversees a large team of over 90 professionals, focusing on enhancing developer experience across various platforms. Prior positions include Senior Engineering Manager at Fitbit, where Sridhar led distributed teams to boost engineering productivity, and various management roles at Hotwire and MindTree, which contributed to a strong foundation in mobile development and testing. Sridhar holds a Master of Engineering in Systems Software Engineering from The Australian National University and a Certified Scrum Master designation from Scrum Alliance.
