Taco van Heusden is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate and hospitality, currently serving as the Interim Chief Transition Officer at Nido, overseeing the establishment of a new student housing platform. As Co-Founder and Board Member at Kaly Group, Taco van Heusden has successfully created a sustainable infrastructure provider focusing on seaweed farming and marine natural capital. Previously, Taco van Heusden held the position of Managing Director at Urbanist Hotels, leading advisory and investment initiatives within the hospitality sector. While at ALDAU Development, Taco van Heusden expanded the real estate portfolio significantly, holding roles as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Earlier career stages included leadership positions at Hanson Asset Management Ltd., SVPGlobal, and Lohnbach Investment Partners GmbH, along with foundational experiences in the hospitality industry. Taco van Heusden holds a Master of Science in Finance from Nyenrode Business University and a Bachelor of Hotel Administration from Hotel Management School Maastricht.
