Rachael Gibson is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Head of CRM and Head of Digital Marketing at NEOM Wellbeing since August 2017, Rachael has previously held various roles including CRM and Insights Manager and Retention Marketing Manager. Rachael's experience also includes a position at Sky Betting and Gaming as CRM Marketing Communications and as Head of CRM for the prestige division at The Hut Group, where responsibilities included managing CRM activities for health, beauty, and weight loss management online retail. Rachael's earlier career involved roles as a Sales Executive at Kacoo Fashion Ltd and TOPSHOP TOPMAN, as well as a Marketing and PR Assistant at Josie's Dragonfly Trust, where efforts were focused on enhancing national exposure for the charity. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Marketing, and Management from Newcastle University.
