Morgan Saunders

Morgan Saunders is a staff attorney at the Native American Rights Fund, specializing in legal issues related to Native American rights. Prior experience includes serving as an associate at Covington & Burling LLP and as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Christina Reiss at the United States District Court for the District of Vermont, as well as for Justice Susan M. Carney at the Supreme Court of Alaska. Morgan has also interned with the U.S. Department of Justice in the Civil Rights Division and participated in various legal internships focused on civil rights, including work with the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and the New Hampshire Democratic Party. Educational background includes a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government, French from the University of Vermont. Morgan's early career involved community service with the New Hampshire Food Bank as an AmeriCorps VISTA.
