Paul Avison GCGI has extensive experience in production and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Production at Bradbury Group since January 2024. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles at Kelkay Ltd from February 2020 to December 2023, including Site General Manager and Site Lead for Landscaping Production. Prior to that, Paul worked at Wavin UK from June 2016 to February 2020 as Production and Distribution Shift Manager. Additional experience includes a position as Night Shift Manager at Next Ltd from October 2011 to July 2016 and a distinguished career in the British Army from June 1988 to October 2011, culminating in the rank of Warrant Officer.
