Jon Soberg is the managing partner at MS&AD Ventures. Prior to their current role, Soberg served as the co-founder and partner at Early Impact Ventures, where they helped angel fund startups that were changing the world in a positive way. Some of the startups Soberg backed include Atrium, Full Harvest, Element, Finiata, Mercury, Synapse, and Tpaga.

Before their time at Early Impact Ventures, Soberg worked as the Chief Operating Officer at REEF Technology (formerly ParkJockey), where they helped scale the technology product and operations, including strategic partnerships. During their tenure, the company grew more than 5X and saw a dramatic increase in revenue.

Soberg has also served as an investor and advisor at True Link Financial and as an advisor at Addepar. Jon is currently a senior fellow at The Wharton School.

Jon Soberg attended Harvey Mudd College where they studied engineering. Afterwards, they attended Northwestern University where they obtained their MS in mechanical engineering with a focus on robotics. Finally, they attended The Wharton School where they obtained their MBA in entrepreneurial management and marketing. Jon is also certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
