Lars Henze serves as the Head of the Retail Division at GENII Software Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lars held the position of Senior Vice President Dental Europe and Managing Director at CompuGroup Medical SE from April 2019 to June 2023, where responsibility extended to multiple software companies across Europe with significant revenue and employee counts. Lars also served in various senior roles at CompuGroup Medical SE from 2012 to 2019, with a focus on pharmacy and dental sectors, and was Managing Director of ifap GmbH and Apothekenservice GmbH. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Sales and Marketing for Central Europe at KaVo - Danaher Medical Technology, where Lars was also CEO of KaVo Nederland B. V., as well as holding director-level positions at BASF from 2001 to 2008. Lars earned a Master of Science in Wirtschafts-Ingenieurwesen from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and an MBA in International Business and Finance from the University of Georgia.
