Julia Rolin has worked in the hospitality industry for over eight years. Julia began their career in 2012 as an Office Assistant for The World Recruit. In 2013, they worked as a Waitress for La Petite Place. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Receptionnist/Concierge for Pershing Hall and a Housekeeper for Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris. In 2016, they took on the role of Customer Project Manager Start-up for Qualitelis. In 2017, they worked as a Global Luxury Sales Coordinator - Europe for Accor and Quality Service Manager for ASTOTEL Paris. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Partnerships Manager for Serandipians by Traveller Made and a Hotel & Villa Partnerships Manager for Mr & Mrs Smith.

Julia Rolin completed an MBA in Hospitality Management (Level 7) from MBA ESG in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management hôtelier from CMH ACADEMY from 2014 to 2017.
