Nicolas Cristini

Scientist at Mosa Meat

Nicolas Cristini began their work experience in 2018 as a Student Intern at Università di Trento, where they focused on Tissue Engineering for their Bachelor's degree thesis. Nicolas then joined the 3B´s Research Group as an Internship Trainee, gaining knowledge in manufacturing and analytical techniques for projects related to osteochondral regeneration and hepatic in-vitro models. In 2019, Nicolas became an MSc student in Regenerative Medicine and Technology at Universiteit Utrecht, specializing in bone regeneration and studying courses such as "Fundamentals of Biofabrication" and "Cell Mechanobiology". During this time, they also worked as a Student Intern at UMC Utrecht, performing histology procedures and image analysis. Most recently, Nicolas became a Junior Scientist at Mosa Meat in 2022, where they focus on pushing progress, driving innovation, and creating change.

Nicolas Cristini has an educational background in various fields. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate of Chemical Expert from IIS B. Castelli in Brescia, where they studied Chemistry and Metallurgy until 2015. Following that, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Biomolecular Sciences and Technology at the Università di Trento. In 2018, they obtained a Cambridge English Level 1 Certificate in ESOL International from Cambridge Assessment English. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, Nicolas pursued an Applied Data Science profile at Utrecht University, specializing in Data Science.
