Jocelyn Baitan has extensive work experience in layout engineering, specifically in the semiconductor industry. Jocelyn is currently the Principal Layout Engineer at Morse Micro since July 2021. Prior to that, Jocelyn worked as a Senior Layout Engineer at Morse Micro from October 2020 to June 2021, and as a Layout Design Engineer from July 2018 to September 2020.

Before joining Morse Micro, Jocelyn worked as a Senior Engineer at Synkom Co., Ltd. from June 2015 to October 2016. Jocelyn also worked as a Layout Engineer at Jinzai Solutions from March 2014 to May 2015 and at ASTC from August 2012 to December 2012.

Jocelyn has significant experience at Jinzai Solutions, where they previously worked as a Layout Engineer from April 2009 to May 2012. Prior to that, they were a Physical Design Engineer at Qimonda AG from 2008 to 2009.
