Matthew Ricketts is a Senior Mechanical Engineer II at ASM since August 2021, specializing in process module design for atomic layer deposition and surface modification. Prior to ASM, Matthew held the position of Senior Mechanical Engineer at NUBURU® Inc., focusing on blue lasers and systems development from March 2020 to August 2021. Matthew's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Universal Laser Systems from November 2011 to March 2020, where responsibilities included product design, detailed part and assembly design, and 3D modeling using SolidWorks. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Gamma Spectroscopy Technician at Los Alamos National Laboratory from May 2005 to August 2010, contributing to the characterization and management of radioactive waste. Matthew Ricketts earned a Professional Science Master's in Nanoscience from Arizona State University in 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from New Mexico State University, completed in 2010.
