As the Founding Partner and CEO of PowerFluence since April 2016, Dileep has focused on enabling clients' digital agendas and enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions. Dileep has held significant investment and advisory roles across various organizations, including serving as a seed investor at Oliveboard and a board member at Monjin. Previous leadership positions include Senior Vice President and General Manager at Atos, where Dileep managed consulting and systems integration strategies across multiple regions, and Vice President at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where Dileep led business development in healthcare and social transformation initiatives. Dileep holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from Manipal Institute of Technology.
