Soyoung M. has had a diverse range of work experience. Soyoung currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Mindset since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Signal Group DC as an Operations Associate from November 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they were the Group Sales Manager at Eaton Workshop from April 2019 to November 2020. Soyoung also held the role of Sales Manager at The Watergate Hotel from March 2018 to April 2019, and Catering Sales Manager at Loews Hotels & Co from July 2016 to February 2018.

Soyoung M. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at Boston University in 2015.
